Eating with my eyes.....



There are beautiful things, to enjoy just by looking...no need to buy. But I think that a very big greenhouse and a very small house connected would suit me well now days.

The peach tree is flowering and yes I will have that in my greenhouse of course then I can sit there and dream and also do my art work like sketching......wonderful cant wait. I think I dream to mush now days I am just dreaming and no doing.....

What a week...

Today my youngest daughter turns 23 year old. Oh my oh my!!!

We do feel bushed.....

Yeah that's how we feel, the tulips have done its job being beautiful and fresh, the garden or just this part has also done its part.......look this is the second time around that we have taken this amount of rubbish to the tip. My our dog is also bushed being outdoors the whole week, it is just wonderful I will admit that......so its nice to look at these Pensee or Wild pansy they do have a lot of nice names even in Swedish. Sorry to say its the only thing flowering in my garden........

Redoing thats the word...

That's the  word -REDOING or more like starting from the beginning......gosh it would be nice to say: yes we are ready and I only hade to take away some leaves, here and there but its just vice versa...

The two pictures above are from the front of the house, but honestly this was the backside before.
We always sit and eat here and its shady in the summer even if its close to where people pass by it still very nice and cozy. Plans are to paint the fence with dark FALURÖDFÄRG and when I write dark its nearly black. This is going to be done with all our fences. There are more to come just here where we sit. The pots are soon 15 years old and have done their job, now we are saving some of the plants and throwing away the rest.

The last pic is from the inside garden, and in the background you can see the muddy part where the new greenhouse is going to stand and even more fences are planned and gosh that's only 1/3 of the garden......so it will take some years ahead before we can enjoy the garden......or is it now that I should enjoy it????

Today

Today's doing: Took a walk and look what I found mushrooms already growing, its unbelievable....
Then I bought a new fine lid to the lo, the one that falls down quietly, love the black ones,
SEMLA, Fastlagsbulle or Hetvägg you name it,  these buns with whipped cream are very popular at this time of the year and it has it own day and that was yesterday although we seem to eat them a few months. Yes they are nice to eat. We ate out today so there will be no more food for today.....
Now I feel great.....
 

Nature today

Just a walk with the dog this morning and this is spring and somehow  I love what I saw........nothing important or impressive but still something I enjoyed!!

Time to find solutions....

To many problems that have to be solved, but that's my business......
Hydrangea arborescens is still standing and soon the whole busch will be green and then it will bloom with these beautiful big white balls...love them!!

Vasaloppet and a waiting garden

 

 

 

A big day in Sweden VASALOPPET (they are skiing) and its very popular, a whole week and different distances.

Yes and the garden is waiting so mush to do its nearly hard to know where to start, but the funny thing is that it looks very empty now but I do know that when Everything starts to grow you get very surprised........so with an early spring there is plenty of time to tidy up the garden....

Its an early SPRING.....

Its very early indeed and I have spent the past months trying to get my arm working again. Also doing some work, not a lot but a few things of interest.
Now I am planning our garden and its like beginning again from scratch, so there is a hell of a lot to be done as you can see so it will take a few years to get it going again.
The house is now nearly ready Indoors, just waiting to get the staircase ready the one leading downstairs to my apartment for arts etc. Then of course there is a bit to do there but its more about what I have saved and what has to depart......
