 Work completed!! Painted the wall white and now the stove can be put i place again!!

Below you can se my tulips they live on the front of the house, very romantic colour, also showing the wall, its growing well.

May Day is an ancient feast, who came to Sweden from Germany sometime during the Middle Ages. The fires were an early feature of this protective treat, such as youth theme. Its origin is Catholic, and commemorates the German saint Walpurgis.

Early morning....

Early morning and the sun is just beginning to rise, think it will be a nice day today.......after a walk in the garden looking at the blooming Cherrie tree, really nice just hope the bees are doing their job. 
All of a sudden I began to think how fortunate I am living in Sweden.

Do hope that people in Russia will think twice about what they are doing in Ukraine, I do remember what Putin said about what's happening in Syria, why cant we all just try to live in peace, why is it so important that just I have all the rights, why not try to talk and also try to understand one and another.

Big thoughts today, hoping that just you will have a very good day....... 

Summer has arrived....

Yes they say it arrived 5 days ago down here in the south of Sweden....but its been so windy and I am frozen down to my bones....

Below you see the Rapes soon blooming, its also called Colza, its very early

Working in a old house doing the kitchen, interesting and not easy work, will be back

So many tulips, these are very old and were here before us.......kitchen garden is also growing and coming up, lettuce and radishes are showing themselves

Easter continues............

 

 

Someone is working hard as usual, I think he likes it, I took a walk and the girls took the bicycles and the dog with them.
Above is the plaza and it will be surrounded by a high fence., you can see part of the fence on the right side of the pic.
I think its very interesting to see how the garden changes and how everything grows, of course it should do so very quickly but gardening takes time. 

                                               Today Monday and still holyday.....do have a nice time!!

A wonderful EASTER day.....

Found them today, guess they will have to wait for next easter to hang around

and very touched by the exhibition at Gallery Thomas Wallner in Simris, do go there and see this fantastic exhibition there sure is something for everyone.

Now I got an incredible craving to get create by myself out of this exhibition, well well we will have to wait and see but its great when that kind of feeling appears.......thanks!!

Easter weekend.......a popular end to visit artist......

Very windy weather today, not so nice being outdoor, but we managed some gardening and took a walk as usual with the dog....... this evening one of my daughters will come and stay the weekend and we are going to take a small road trip in Skåne........just to look and enjoy life. Don't feel really good yet, my mouth is still extremely dry and I cant taste things, feels like sandpaper-----doesn't sound good?!

Its starting to bloom today.......

Cherries and plums will start to bloom today, (Biggaråträdet är väl utvecklat nu)

The kitchen garden is on its way....its of course only starting......potatoes and some other nice things for the salad

The pond has to be cleaned...wow!!



 

The food garden is awaiting a house for chickens and rabbits....haha , well well we will hade to wait and see. There is going to be a hedge to divide the rooms, kitchen garden from the grass and more open area.......that will meet the green house in the end......
The big area of stoned pavement is going to hade a fence also to make sharp contrast between the soft and the hard.......will be working with the greenhouse during easter...I HOPE and also spend some time looking at all the artist......looking forward to that....

Two long weeks...............

Not nice being sick two very long weeks, but its a bit better now and I took a walk in our very very unfinished garden, oh boy I just get tired looking at it, its nearly to big area but we are cutting down on the grass and also there are more fences and thing awaiting. Guess the greenhouse will help it up a lot. There is quite a lot of different rooms in the garden but of course it will take a few years to have that right kind of feeling in all of the rooms...but we are on our way......
